Macgillycuddy Reeks 2
Here is your Sky Watch Friday image.
I am having major problems with Blogger.
I can't upload any images as getting internal errors.
I think I might give the computer a kick. Does this work ?
Well the kick worked.
What we have here is The Macgillycuddy Reeks from the another side. And a wonderful sky for you Sky Watch Bloggers. There is a viewpoint just off the road up at Aghadoe which looks out over the mountain range. On a misty morning its just beautiful to see Lough Leane and the mountains appear. Again a timely post as I am off to Killarney tomorrow for a few days rest with the family and may be the only holiday because of this World Res.......... I'm not going to say that bad word but look on the bright side. In the words of Monty Python " Always look on the bright side of life".
So enjoy the Easter holidays and remember to get out and take some photo's.
I will try and post something for Monochrome Maniacs, if not talk to you on Wednesday.

Very nice photo. I hope to see the beauty in person someday until then thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeletep.s. I had a lot of trouble loading my phot too.
James, just found out it was maintance on the Picasa web Albums site that was causing the problems as that ie were your images are stored when you upload them on blogger.
ReplyDeleteStunning capture. Absolutely fantastic!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. Like james, I'd also very much like to witness the beauty of Ireland first hand one day...
ReplyDeleteWonderful photo! I like the way the B/W makes you focus more on the shapes and textures in the photo, rather than being distracted by the colours!!
ReplyDeleteAll your 'images' are stunning!! Great blog.
ReplyDeleteWonderful dramatic picture!
ReplyDeleteSince weeks I have also trouble with the "blog-it"-function from picasa. Now I load up over blogger.
The kick worked - but took all the colours ;)
ReplyDeleteHave a nice weekend!
Careful .. interactive stuff could make it kick back!
ReplyDeleteGreat monochrome .. wonderful clouds
Dramatic and beautiful :)
ReplyDeleteThis is very nice. Did you study with Ansel Adams? Actually, this is a great shot!
ReplyDeleteA pleasure to visit here, you have such lovely photos.
ReplyDeleteI hope you had a pleasant Easter celebration. I am looking forward to viewing your photos from Killarney, soon.
ReplyDeleteAh, Monty Python, I believe I have seen all of their works multiple times.
Blogger has it's gliches from time to time. I had so much trouble earlier with loading photos, I now host them on flickr. More work, but less troubles.
Seems like that kick helped :)
ReplyDeleteIt's interesting how skies can change the whole mood of the photo.
Without the clouds here, you had a beautiful scenery photo.
With the clouds, you have a moody scenery. Another layer is added. More drama.
It's been so quiet here.
