Furbo Beach and Galway Bay for all you
Monochrome Monday Maniacs. This is the reason why I like Ireland for Landscape photography because 10mins after this image was taken and 4 hours before it was raining non stop. But I was in the rigth place at the right time to get 20mins break in the clouds. Luck ? Yes it was, but that's the thing with Ireland. Stay in the same place long enough ( one or two hours ) and you will be rewared with changing light conditions and weather.
Great photo - yes Ireland can have some wet and stormy weather especially on the west coast - nice place though ..
ReplyDeleteBeing across the pond from you we tend to share the same climate and similar landscape and I agree it is advantageous for the photographer. Wonderful sweeping image.
ReplyDeleteImpressive b&w. That particular area looks like a wasteland.
ReplyDeleteWonderful impressive view!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful light, that's for sure. I really like how some of the texture seems to be shining.
ReplyDeleteNice and crisp! Well lighted. Great shot!
ReplyDeleteLove this .. its very involving
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. I love the low angle you used here, and the runnels of water across the sand.
ReplyDeleteGreat composed B/W image. Love the perspective.
